30-day quality guarantee

Every Valynest pillow is covered by a 30-day quality guarantee, starting on the day it is delivered.

What is covered. If your pillow arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to make a claim. Write to us through our contact form with your order number, a short description of the problem and one or two clear photos. We reply within 2 business days.

What is not covered. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept pillows that have been used and are returned because of a change of mind or personal comfort preference. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, and washing or soaking the memory foam core are also not covered.

Getting used to a contour pillow. Memory foam can feel firm for the first few nights and softens with body heat. Most people need about a week to adjust to a contour shape.

Order changes and cancellations. You can ask us to change or cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
