These terms apply to your use of valynest.com and to any order you place with Valynest. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products. We try to show our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on your screen. The Valynest Contour Pillow is a comfort product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor which pillow is right for you.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Discounts shown on the site are applied in the cart when the conditions are met and cannot be combined unless we say so. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will get your payment back.

Shipping and guarantee. Delivery is described in our shipping policy and our guarantee in the 30-day quality guarantee. Both are part of these terms.

Reviews. Reviews on the site reflect the experience of the people who wrote them. Results and comfort vary from person to person.

Use of the site. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not copy our texts, images or design without permission.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, Valynest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your order.
