Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time. Orders are prepared within 1 to 4 business days.

Delivery time. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 11 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier or customs delays.

Tracking. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Orders with more than one pillow. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Address. Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If you need to correct it, write to us through our contact form as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 25 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
