Which sleeping positions is it for?
Back, side and stomach. The center cradle supports back sleeping, the higher wings support side sleeping, and the cut-outs underneath leave room for your arm when you sleep on your side or stomach.
Will it feel firm at first?
Yes, a little. Memory foam feels firmer than a feather or fibre pillow and softens with your body heat. Most people need about a week to get used to a contour shape, so give it a few nights.
Which side should I use?
The pillow has a higher side (4.7 in) and a lower side (3.15 in). Start with the lower side under your neck. If you have broad shoulders or sleep mostly on your side, try the higher one.
Can I wash it?
The cover unzips and is machine washable on a gentle cycle. Do not wash or soak the memory foam core. If it needs freshening, air it in a ventilated room.
Does it have a smell when it arrives?
New memory foam can have a light scent out of the box. It is normal and fades. Let the pillow air for 24 to 48 hours before the first night.
